Air-blasting shot-blast equipment uses compressed air to propel a stream of abrasive media against a work surface for several different applications throughout various industries. Typical applications for air-blast shot blasters include rust and scale removal, cosmetic finishing, coatings and contaminant removal, shot peening, cleaning or stripping materials, as well as restoration following water or fire damage. If you have any questions about GOFF air-blast equipment, or would like a formal quote, don’t hesitate to give us a call, send us an email, or use our easy form.
GOFF provides three different sizes of air-blast equipment: 1.5 cubic ft., 2.5 cubic ft., and 3 cubic ft. – ranging from 200 lbs. load capacity to 400 lbs. load capacity. These machines are equipped with oscillating blast nozzles and a continuous rubber mill belt for thorough cleaning and coverage. Abrasive is recycled through a vacuum created by the dust collector. Abrasive travels through specially sized steel tubes with resilient elbows from the blast cabinet to the cyclone separator. The abrasive is gravity-fed from the cyclone to the storage hopper. Please contact us with questions or to discuss sales or service needs!
