Blast-Abrade presents continuous Goff shot blasting equipment including pass through monorails, structural roll conveyors, & wire-mesh machines.

Wire-mesh designs rely on durable wire mesh belts, for continuous production – built to offer high-production cleaning and blasting of the surfaces of various castings and parts. The Wire Mesh design offers simplicity and requires less material handling, plus continuous throughput for greater output of desired work.

Objects and parts placed on the wire-mesh conveyor belt, or hung on hooks in the monorail machines, continuously pass through the abrasive, tight-entry vestibule into the blast chamber. The placement and quality of the blast wheels, coupled with the blast wheel’s horsepower, determines the cleaning capacity and the production capabilities of the shot blasting machine. Parts are blast-cleaned – passing through the blast chamber and then exiting through the series of seals in the egress vestibule – to be gathered for the next step in the production process.

Continuous shot blasting machines are popular in many industries. View our videos below to see these hardworking machines in-action as well as their results, and contact us for information on sales and service of the Continuous shot blasters that we have available.
