GOFF Barrel-Blast shot blasters are manufactured with a heavy-duty rubber mill belt for gentle tumbling, and can handle large loads from 250 to 4,000 pounds. Barrel-blast shot blast machines are designed for cleaning large volumes of small to medium-sized parts. GOFF offers barrel-blast models that are computer-controlled and fully automated, with loader and even takeaway conveyor options also available.
GOFF Table-Blast shot blasters are ideal for those items not suited for Barrel-Blast or Spinner-Hanger equipment because of the items’ larger sizes. Table blasters are the most-versatile type of shot-blast cleaning equipment – items to be cleaned or prepped are rotated on the table, exposing all of the parts to the abrasive blasting media. Single table, double-door swing, and satellite multi-table models are available from us.
GOFF Spinner-Hanger shot blasters are available for small, medium, and large parts with high production-volume needs where the parts can’t be tumbled – helping to eliminate part breakage. Parts to be blasted are placed in a rotating chamber that provides total surface blast coverage. While blasting occurs in one chamber, the opposite chamber can be reloaded for efficient time utilization. Multi-chamber carousel, in-and-out, hanger table, and pass-through versions are available.
GOFF’s Wire Mesh Belt continuous-production shot blast cleaning machines are designed to offer high-production cleaning of various parts and castings. The Wire Mesh Design is simple and requires less material handling. The stationary, airless centrifugal blast cleaning machinery cleans items at a fraction of the cost of conventional air-blast cleaning methods. The abrasive blasting media is cleaned and recycled, reducing disposal efforts and minimizing blast-media costs. Several product groups are available, as well as specially engineered products to meet individual requirements.
